The Way to Good Health by Eating the Right Foods

Growing up in a home where a family wants to do the right things is not always easy. There are so many issues and obstacles around waiting to trip you up from your course. There is the matter of price, availability, and accessible location of the foods you need to keep in good health. People also contribute to the dilemma by putting you in situations where you do not want to be rude as if the food isn’t good, and end up letting curiosity take the best of you.

The after effects of such a splurge following so many years of abuse can lead to serious health problems that will require better judgment for the rest of your life. Needless to say, it is no picnic to feel sluggish, constipated, nauseous, and just not up to all the tasks in the day. I will share with you what my family have learned the good and the bad way from when we followed the directions given by Ellen G. White and Jethro Klauss and when we ate the commonly uncareful way.

The rule of thumb is to remember the most important basics to start with and continue using are Vegetable, Fruits, Whole Grains, and Nuts. All foods should be made simply bland without spice and grease. You can use cream and milk to make the meals more wholesome for your diet. Food like these will help your digestive system maintain its usual course unclogged and working properly. You will experience a better appearance and energy you never had before. Your natural scent will and can be without natural stench.

For example, when my family tried a fruit diet to lose weight adding some grains such as English muffins to it we awoke each morning with energy. Our skin was clear as a child’s without the use of topical agents. Another occasion, is when we consumed more fruit and vegetables and grains. I remember going out in sneakers and socks in hot weather all day long, but when I took off my socks expecting my feet to kill all oxygen they had no scent at all. Hard to believe? It happened. Moreover, the normal airs and pains with the cycle was non existent.

My father had arthritis and when he ate this way he experienced no pains. Now when we did not follow the rules the stench and pain were there sometimes strong. I had consumed chips and spicy foods along with those with sugar and my feet kept sweating non stop. The stomach was uncomfortable, and the aches and pains returned. To top it all off high blood sugar, heart trouble, cancer, goiter, a strange almost 2 year skin condition in the same area of thyroids came upon us. We are in need of going back to the correct diet where it was better and safer for us. Now when there was once four, there are three now to pick up the pieces. Jack La lane said if it tastes good spit it out, and he never eats canned food. He looks good in his nineties now.

Those foods we all eat can clog the system, and ruin your health. It is time to be serious and cautious when it comes to people you love and yourself. Lets take our lives back and gain good health to give the medical industry a well deserved break for Pete’s sake. It feels good to have good health, and actually feel like doing things. It is not an easy task to take on with all the temptations going on around you, but it is worth the lasting affects it will have on your looks and your good health.
