It can benefit not only the progress of your workout program but also the overall health of your body. Once you realize how much damage you can cause to yourself by simply not eating clean, it will become the imperative for you. The point of this diet plan is to take whole foods. Processed food is a big no! This means that you should try buying only the food that’s in its original state, the way it comes from nature, if possible. Of course, you can’t eat dairy straight from the cow, just choose the whole fat and organic options.

But why getting one these or any other disease in the first place? Start taking care of yourself immediately and live life to the fullest without having to see a doctor until you’re 80. Avoid fried foods; most of the oils release free radicals when heated. Any food or drink with white sugar is bad for you. Needless to say, but artificial flavors or colors can only harm your wellbeing. Opt for food rich in fibers which can prevent high blood pressure or even colon cancer. Type 2 diabetes which can lead to heart disease and stroke can also be prevented with clean eating. In addition to lots of fruit or vegetables, incorporate these into your meals:
